Yes. But you must pay the Early Termination Fee as agreed upon in your rental agreement.

• The Early Termination Fee is 50% of the amount equal to the remaining rental fee.
• Ex: Returning your phone after 12 months (52 weeks) with a Weekly payment of $10.  
  
• The remaining rental fee will be $520 ($10x 52 weeks remaining).  
  
• The early Termination Fee will be $260 (50% of $520)

Yes. With the Early Termination Fee payment, you can upgrade to a new rental phone anytime.

• Unfortunately, accidents are a part of life. That is why your phone is insured against accidental damage. Please submit a claim to PhoneRental24.com. You will receive instructions on how to return the damaged phone for replacement or repair.
• There is a service charge of $59 for all repairs and replacement phones.  

• Both Apple and Samsung have great tools to track and find your phone.  We highly recommend you enable these to prevent your phone from being lost as you are accountable for your rental phone.  

• You are liable for the phone and would be required to pay the early termination fee.

• Yes. You must return the phone at the end of the 24-month term.  
• We recommend returning the phone and upgrading to a new phone.  

• You can apply your refundable deposit against a new rental agreement.  
• If you decide not to start a new rental agreement, we will return your refundable deposit within 7 days of receiving the phone return.  

Phone rental allows you to use the phone you select for 24 months worry-free with any carrier. When your 24 months are up, simply return the phone to us and select an upgrade to rent again. There is no need to worry about purchasing expensive phone protection insurance, as it is already included! Additionally, we offer a warranty throughout the duration of your rental. Just keep in mind that you need to return the phone to us in good condition at the end of the term to select a new phone.
